EON launches a 100,000 squere feet Experience & Discovery Center EDC in Arizona
As an extension of location-based display solutions (for example, kiosks at trade shows, or rides at amusement parks), the market for more advanced, immersive 3D experiences in entertainment, edutainment and discovery is rapidly growing. EDC integrates hardware, software and services creating next-generation 3D environments that enhance entertainment, edutainment and learning experiences. Please find the detailed EDC presentation at http://www.eonreality.com/files/presentation/EDC.pdf (5 MB

EON Signed in December ned Contract for the Arizona Experience & Discovery Center. The first phase consists of the Virtual Reality design of the upcoming EDC attraction.

EON has a great chance to redefine Location Based Entertainment & Edutainment with the EDC’s new VR experience focused approach:

The customer demand is clear and strong, people crave experiences & lack today a physical location based experience that matches their expectations ( video games have set the expectations)
Retailers, malls etc need a customer pulling attraction that resonates with the existing demand
Amusement parks like Disney make tons of money and are scouting for new 3D applications
The total 10 MUSD/EDC price tag can be covered to a large portion by Corporate sponsors that endorse the respective themes of the EDC
